Here’s The Thing are excited to announce changes to the ownership group, with new additions of Nicholas Taifalos and Adam Taylor - two long standing contributors of the company. Nicholas and Adam will be joining the three co-founders of Ben Scott, Freddie Tresidder and Alex Cascio to help push the company forward.

Nicholas Taifalos, or otherwise known online as Taffy, has been a part of Here’s The Thing almost since inception. Thanks to his efforts, he has managed to position Here’s The Thing as the go-to website for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive news in Australasia, whilst also broadening his skills by publishing more industry related news.

“I’m incredibly keen to take on a new role at Here’s The Thing and am very thankful to Ben, Freddie and Alex for this massive opportunity. I’m very much looking forward to helping continue to tell the tales of Oceanic esport, and I couldn’t have picked a better place to do it from.” - Nicholas Taifalos, Co-Owner of Here’s The Thing.

Whilst Adam hasn’t had much public face for Here’s The Thing, he has been here since day one editing and assisting with all of our contributors work for the website. It goes without saying that without his assistance, the quality of work would not be the same.

“All of these guys are smart, diligent and driven. So I’m stoked that they asked me to join the team. I can’t wait to see what the future holds, because I’m sure it’s going to be something special.” - Adam Taylor, Co-Owner of Here’s The Thing.

Founder of Here’s The Thing, Freddie Tresidder, spoke about the transition of adding Nicholas and Adam to the ownership grounp and what the future holds.

“I’m incredibly excited to have two extremely talented individuals join the company on a more official basis.”

“Nicholas and Adam are some of the hardest working folks I know of, and it was a no brainer between Ben, Alex and I to make the call and bring these guys on. Their experience and attitude that they bring to the table will make us stronger than ever.” - Freddie Tresidder, Founder of Here’s The Thing.

This marks the beginning of a new chapter for Here’s The Thing, and the team are excited to continue to share what we’ve been working on the past few months as 2021 quickly approaches.
